Japanese Models

The TOMIX company of Japan is a division of the TOMY Toy Company.  Most of what they produce are Japanese models although in recent years they have also been producing the THOMAS THE TANK ENGINE series under license of the Britt Allcroft Co., Ltd.  The Japanese models produced by TOMIX can be difficult to obtain in the USA.  We suggest anyone interested in the TOMIX line start by purchasing a catalog.  Although not all products in the catalog are imported into the USA, this excellent publication will serve as a good reference to this interesting manufacturer.
